A romper and playsuit are pretty much the same thing. A romper and playsuit is pretty much a jumpsuit that look like a onesie. Rompers and playsuits are great during the summer season and especially great to wear when on holiday/vacation. They are comfortable because they are made to be worn very loose fitted and not tight. Also since they are loose fitted it's great on humid and really hot days.
