Wearing Snakeskin Looks
Wearing snakeskin looks became a thing back in the 70s when designers were sending snakeskin everything down the runways. Now in 2018 snakeskin is still a very big trend. It is one of those trends that comes and goes when you least expect to it. But since it's a trend it will never fully go away.
Snakeskin looks were big on the runway this past September 2017 at Milan fashion week. You'll notice that when women wear snakeskin it is usually shoe boots, pumps, handbags, jackets, trousers, or long sleeve button-up blouses. When you think of the snakeskin looks you think more of Spring and Fall and even. Snakeskin just feels more like something you would wear when it's cooler out. It is not a very summery look.
If you're tired of wearing the same look every spring, fall and winter and are looking to try a new look then maybe you want to experiment with a print. So why not try out a snakeskin look. You don't have to do the snakeskin look from head to toe. But you can try maybe say a faux snakeskin skirt or faux snakeskin blouse. Snakeskin is one of those trends like leopard print, zebra print and many other prints that sometimes it can be overdone, when worn from head to toe. But who cares. If it works for you and you love it I say go for it.
So since it's now August and fall will be here soon I thought I'd share with you some snakeskin looks. Below are some snakeskin looks worth trying this fall and winter. Click on the pictures below and the links below the picture to learn more about each look.
