Blazers For The Fall Season & Maybe Even Early Winter Season

Safi Bello

I wanted to take a look at some blazers that will be great to wear during the fall season. You are probably wondering why am I talking about blazers. Why would I need a blazer now when it is summer here in NYC and it is hot and humid. The thing is that when summer gets here it seems to get shorter and shorter. So before you know it the summer is gone and it's Fall again.

So I just wanted to start planning for Fall a little bit early this time around. So I thought I'd start with Blazers because blazers are great for the Fall season and early winter. For the Fall and early winter season when selecting a blazer you may decide to choose something that is not too light maybe a little bit heavy like a wool blazer or something slightly similar and not as heavy.

A blazer is a great way to make an ordinary outfit a little bit more statement and fun. Nowadays you can find a blazer in so many cuts, colors, designs, patterns. You can find a double-breasted blazer or single-breasted blazer. With a belt or some sort of tie around the waist detail.

Blazers are also a great layering pieces. For example when it starts to get cold like in the beginning of October you may or may not have a winter jacket yet or might not want to wear your winter jacket. So a blazer is a great item for those days. You can wear a sweater, a light turtleneck and even a hoodie and then layer by wearing a blazer over those items. In the Spring and Fall you can wear a cute blouse or a plain t-shirt and just throw on a blazer over it. You can even just put the blazer over your shoulders without actually wearing it and that makes a statement as well.

Blazers can be worn with a very dressed up outfit and high heels or any heels, or flats, or sandals. Or you can wear a blazer with a more casual look like when wearing jeans and pair the casual look with trainers/sneakers. A blazer can work many ways and there is a blazer look for every girl out there.

So I thought I'd put together some blazer looks that are worth trying out this Fall and maybe possibly early winter. You probably have a blazer or two in your wardrobe. So if you do already have a blazer or two then you don't have to necessarily go out and buy a new one. You can make the current blazers you have look and feel new by how you style it. But if you don't have any blazers or are looking to add more blazers to your current blazer collection then below are some blazers for you.
