It can be difficult to know that your boss is playing favorites and you're not one of them. When you notice that you are not one of the favorites this will make you feel disengaged. So what do you do if you find yourself in this situation. The first thing you want to do is get an outside party that you can talk to about the way you are feeling. The outside party can help put things into perspective and let you know if your boss is playing favorites or maybe you're reading too much into the situation. Another thing you can do is try talking to your boss and make sure that when you talk to your boss that you talk only about you, don't mention anyone else.
