A Pull-up is an exercise which involves raising oneself with one's arms by pulling up against a horizontal bar fixed above one's head. Pull-ups have a number of benefits the main benefit of Pull-ups is that they are good for the upper body. Study show that pull-ups are more difficult for women. So instead of doing pull-ups women do chin-ups. When I try doing pull-ups I find it to be very challenging most times and I can only do one pull-up. But I am working on improving that because of the many benefits it offers.
