When you currently have a job and you are on the hunt for a new one, it is not a good idea to begin your job search while you are at work on the clock. When job searching you should keep this separate from your current job and only job search after office hours. You should always make sure to schedule interviews after work hours or on your day off. You don't want to schedule any face-to-face interviews during your lunch break because you don't know how long the commute to get to the interview will be and how long the interview would take. Also if you work at a company that has a casual dress code and you all of a sudden come in with a suit that could draw attention to your search.
