When you find a new career opportunity or a job you will need to quit your current job. When you quit you will have a job exit interview process to go through before you can officially leave. It's not mandatory but a lot of firms are now requiring this. During this process you want to maintain a certain level of professionalism and be sure that you are leaving on a high note. Talking negatively about someone at the firm during your job exit interview reflects poorly on you and could ruin your chances for future employment and getting a recommendation from your current firm. The bottom line is you always want everything you say during the job exit interview to be positive and honest -- meaning providing feedback that could help the company you're leaving understand why you're quitting, which could maybe help the company in the long run.
